Attend 2009 Inauguration to be a Witness to Change
When elected, Barack Obama's Inauguration as the 44th President of the United States of America will take place in Washington D.C. on January 20, 2009. We have begun to organize a nationwide effort to show support for Change in our country, the United States of America. When elected in November, the country will have spoken, as a united voice, that shows we are moving in the right direction to have Change in our country, to show that we will one day soon move beyond Racism and Hatred for those not like ourselves, to show that we have a voice that will be heard and we will no longer elect or support lawmakers and politicians that do not have our social and economic best interests in mind. We hope to have over 200,000 supporters descend upon Washington D.C. to witness one of the most historical events in the history of our nation, the Inauguration of Barack Obama as President of our United States of America. Our Goal
-To organize an effort that will allow Americans to witness history at Barack Obama's Inauguration by providing transportation from several cities across the United States to Washington D.C. to witness an unprecedented moment in U.S. history.
-To make it accessible without commitment for Americans to travel to our nation's capital to witness a monumental moment in our nation's history. As well as make it affordable, in spite of the high travel expenses left by the past administration. This effort has been inspired by a desire for Change, a Love for our country and Hope for the future.
